Processing & Shipping

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Our business hours Tuesday - Friday 9am - 3pm Central. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.
  • Custom Orders: Please allow additional time for custom or personalized orders. The processing time for these items will be specified on the product page.

Our products consist of a few types of products. They are as follows:

In House Products: These are products that are designed and made in our Birmingham, Alabama production space. These items are handmade and made to order. Typically, these products have a faster turnaround time if the product is in stock. 

Third Party Printing Products: These are products that are designed by us but printed by a third-party vendor that we have vetted.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.):
    • Standard Shipping: Typically 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply.
  •  International Shipping:
    • We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and rates vary by destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues

  • Missing or Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will assist you with a replacement or refund as needed.
